Big Sky Adventure

This weekend, one of my best friends, Jamie, came up to visit me with Zoe, his five-year old daughter.

We’d originally planned to take them to the Exotic Pet Refuge, which if you’ve been reading my emails for a while, you’ll know all about.

But… it was pissing it down with rain, and they reckoned all the animals would be sheltering inside, as far away as possible from view.

They literally told me on the phone…

You can come, but you probably won’t see anything”.

Okay. That’s not gonna work very well for a five-year old.

So, Holly and I had to find something else to do. Which is when we found…

Big Sky Adventure

A soft-play area for kids. This was my first time in a soft-play area, and f**k me it’s awesome!

It’s like a huge playground made of soft mats and games. I absolutely loved it.

Oh yeah, Zoe enjoyed it as well.

Luckily for me, Jamie wanted someone to keep an eye on her to make sure she was alright, which meant I had an excuse to go through the entire area following her.

Honestly, I think they should open it in the evening for adults.

And then it should be compulsory for everyone to go.

As we get older, we forget the enjoyment we can get from simple things, like crawling through tunnels and swinging on ropes.

When you’re doing it, you aren’t thinking of anything else, and that means… your brain is relaxing.

If you’re brain is relaxing, then when you want to power it up to do things, like run an online bizniss, it’s super-charged and ready to go.

But if you’re brain is never switching off, if you find it difficult to sleep because you’re constantly thinking, then it hasn’t got time to rest. You must find a way to relax your brain, and the soft-play area, I reckon, would be one of the greatest ways to do that.

Heck, I thought this so much, I even went and found out how much it would cost me to start my own!

Anyhoo… if you don’t have a soft play area near you, or a small person that you can take to it, think of a way that will enable you to relax. A way to switch off your brain.

Begin switching off your brain a few times a week, and you’ll see your productivity shoot through the roof.

Over and out,

Michael
