Usually I send two emails every day, Monday to Friday. But this week is going to be kinda different. If you’ve been reading my emails for a little while, then you’ll know that Holly is pregnant with our first child, and he has had some difficult times already to do with his brain. It’s called Ventriculomegaly, or Hydrocephalus.

In human speak, this means that he has enlarged ventricles in his brain, one of the dangers of which is that they can cause pressure on the brain and enlarge the size of the head.

A couple of weeks ago that wasn’t happening, but a scan on Friday revealed that unfortunately this had begun to happen and so action needed to be taken.

Which means… this Tuesday (tomorrow aagggh) the little man is going to be born through a caesarean 🙂

Yes I am super-excited.

However, it also means that my emails over the next few weeks could be sporadic. He’s going to need to be referred to a specialist paediatric neurosurgical unit after he’s born, so that the pressure in his brain can be relieved, and we literally have no idea when or how quickly that will be. Which means I have absolutely no idea of when I’ll be able to get online.

But rest assured, as and when I can get online, I will be sure to send out an email.

And with that, I’m going to wrap up this email with the best advice I can give.

If you want to build an online business, you need to…

a) Do it in a niche you love and enjoy

b) Build an email list and write one email every single day

Those two things will build you a thriving online business. You won’t make millions overnight. Heck, you probably won’t make a hundred dollars overnight. But if you stick to the routine, you’ll begin to see the sales come in.
