It’s the end of the year, and it’s a great time to look at our online bizniss and see how we’ve been doing for the last twelve months.

It’s also a time, when I start getting my hacksaw out and cutting.

In this online world we live in, it’s very easy for things to get bloated. There’s so much cool stuff floating about we want to try, that once a year we need to start culling.

Does this help me progress my business?

Does this save me time?

If the answer is ‘yes’ to either of these, then you keep it. If the answer is ‘no’, you get rid of it.

Immediately.

If you don’t get rid of it immediately, then I can guarantee you won’t do it.
